Florent Rondez, Chief Executive Officer, Swiss Education Group

Born in 1968, Florent Rondez is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Swiss Education Group. He joined the group in 2000 and occupied several position within the operations department until his recent promotion to CEO in 2010.

Growing up in the Food & Beverage environment and spending his early years helping in the family restaurant business, he graduated from Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne in 1993. He worked for prestigious companies such as : Mandarin Oriental, New World Hotel, ANA Hotel, Maxim’s, mainly in Switzerland, Hong Kong, Macau and San Francisco.

Certified educator from the American and Lodging Hotel Association, he is also a committee member of the prestigious Swiss Hotel School Association, Vice President of the Leysin Private School Association and member of the Tourism Buro.

He is leading the SEG Group for over 13 years and has been a key élément in the continuous success and development of the Swiss Education Group.
